DIRECTIONS: 

 

Our office is located on the corner of SW 87th Avenue and SW 88th Street/Kendall Drive in the MCH Medical Center. The parking lot may be accessed from SW 87th court. There is self parking as well as free valet parking. We recommend that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow sufficient time for parking.
