Please be aware that with any health plan there may be deductibles and copayments for which you are responsible.

If your plan is not listed, we can still file a claim on your behalf with your insurance company. Additionally, Dr. Galinsky, Dr. Yahia and Dr. Lorenzen accept patients without insurance, international patients and Out of Network patients.
